Greeter will liaise with the passengers’ airline about the arrival time and gate number of their flight

Passenger will be met as soon as they arrive in arrivals gate or at the entrance of the terminal **(Depending on Aircraft parking position)

Greeter will meet the passenger at the airport at the reporting time & assist through luggage check-in

Fast-track through Passport Control, Security, Customs and other airport formalities

Passenger will be assisted with their luggage (Porter service included)

Passenger will have an access to the airport lounge (where available / at additional cost)

Greeter will notify you when boarding starts (If lounge access is selected)

Passenger will be escorted until departure gate or onward flight
